Fermented at low temperature to preserve the fruit and aged on 60% new French and American oak for 12 months. This wine stayed in the barrels on fine, clear lees and was stirred every two weeks. This wine has tropical fruit, peaches, apricot, a round mouthfeel with nice caramel notes on the mid-palate and subtle hints of minerality on the finish.
